BizTalk makes used of SQLXML which in turn makes use of SOAP toolkit which
is shorlty being phased out.
Does anyone know if BizTalk makes use of SOAP toolkit ???

The soap toolkit is not required for BizTalk. I think in several places in
installation guidance, it is stated that you do not need to install the soap
toolkit even though sqlxml says to.
