How do I monitor the database replication with 5.1, I have an issue
where phones are not updating, I have deleted a phone and it is still
registering and others will not take the changes made.

Is there any sort of tool like the dblhelper that we used to use with
4.1(3) for 5.1

I have tried restarting the Database Layer Monitor service on all
servers and the CCM service on the Publisher but it's still not working.
Am I going to have to restart the whole cluster?

Is it safe to run any of these commands during working hours or do they
have to be done out of hours?

is in file cm/trace/dbl/sdi/ReplicationStatus.151444.out

How do I get this file through the trace collection on RTMT, I cant seem
to select the correct parameters to find the file?

Thanks Justin, I have viewed the file on the Publisher and it would
appear that the status of replication seems to be ok, any one have any
idea why the phones may not be updating or what I could do to resolve
this.

Nick,
I have seen this problem on cm5 when the dblcnqueue fills up for various
reasons (once had the problem that a cdr receiver was not taking files
and things started to go downward from there...)

Check wether the Change Notifications queued to DB and to Memory
counters in rtmt are returning to zero or not.

If they are not, you can check the content of the queue via cli:
Run sql select * from dblcnqueue

If this is the problem definitely talk to TAC

Regards
bernhard
