Hi,

I connected my server to MSA1000 via a FC (emulex) and installed ACU.
when I open the ACU
on the server I can't see the MSA1000, it writes two messages:
-a hardware failure occured.
-using unsupported driver.

When I installed the diadnostic tool on the server it showed me the
status:
-controller is not configured
-no configuration for array accelerator board

Please advice,
Dimitry Haritonov

You need to use the OEM version of the Emulex driver.
