When I pull up notepad or Microsoft Works while my language bar is switched
to English, the microphone icon pops up letting me know I can use the voice
recognition.  However, I have downloaded the Japanese voice recognition as
well and yet when I am in notepad (etc) and switched to Japanese on the
language bar, the microphone icon does not pop up.  Why is this?  How can I
actually start using the voice recognition for Japanese?
