Here is my situation:

We have two Fedora Development servers that we want backed up on a
daily or weekly basis. We also have a XP Server that has plenty of
extra room.

Would it be a better idea to backup both development servers to the XP
box or to backup each development server to the opposite development
server?

How could this be implemented (in a basic sense) in either case?
