Hi all,
I'm just trying to configure the SSO Enterprise service on the first node of
a clustered SQL instance.
When I click on "Apply Configuration", I get a correct window summarizing
the parameters. Then, when the action goes on, it fails after about 40
seconds, saying:
Failed to create the SQL database 'SSODB' on SQL Server 'MySQLCluster' (with
SSO Administrator account 'MyDom/SSO Administrators'). (SSO)
In additional informations, I get:
(SQL: 0xFFFFFFFE: Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to
completion of the operation or the server is not responding.) (SSO)
If you already encountered this error, please post the potential
resolution(s).
Here are some more details, 'in case':
- The event log has an informational message "Starting up database 'SSODB'".
- Both nodes are in a AD domain, and all accounts / Groups I use are also in
the same domain.
- The service account and current account are domain Admins and SQL Sysadmin
.
- The BizTalk trace makes a lot of checks and then does a rollback:
