Hi,

I am new portal programming, as a start I created an instance of portal serv
er v6.0 at RAD7.0 and selected start button for starting server without even
 creating any application, to test whether server is running or not, but iam
 not getting this message
"Publish is not formed since server is not started, start the server and pub
lish"

Can any one help me on this,
