Remotely Get Screenshot of Phone Display

I know there is a way to grab a screenshot of a phone remotely, but my
laptop was stolen and I had the instructions on the hard drive. It was
not a 3rd party product or anything, it was a somewhat clumsy and manual
way to basically get a screenshot of a remote phone from a moment in
time (not a real time view of the screen, but just a screenshot).

Anyone have the steps on how to do this?

Thanks!

Hope I didn't hijack this thread but...

Yes, we have been doing it for several years....now after the upgrade to 5.1
 (from 4.1.3) it no longer works. <CiscoIPPhoneError Number="4" />

The phone is associated with my username and I can get to the ccmuser page j
ust fine.

Thanks,

john

Subject: [cisco-voip] Remotely Get Screenshot of Phone Display

I know there is a way to grab a screenshot of a phone remotely, but my lapto
p was stolen and I had the instructions on the hard drive. It was not a 3rd
party product or anything, it was a somewhat clumsy and manual way to basic
ally get a screenshot of a remote phone from a moment in time (not a real ti
me view of the screen, but just a screenshot).

Anyone have the steps on how to do this?

Thanks!
