Ok so my understandings from this

a. WSAD + wps 5.0
b. RAD 6.0 + wps 5.1
c. For RAD 7.0 ?

Also there are two types of portlets that can be developed. IBM Portlet-api 
and
JSR-168.
I guess any of the above can be developed with RAD 6.0 and WPS 5.1.
Could you please confirm?
