i have been asked to setup a reminder  for when data in a certain part of ou

web site or intranet reaches a certain date or age  is there anything that
does this within cms

Hi Stephen,

not out of the box.
You can write a service or a scheduled console application that enumerates
the repository and checks the expiry date of the postings to send a
prewarning email before the date is reached.
