Hi

I'm working in the configuration of WAS 6.1 on AIX 5.3 so userids would be a
uthenticated using the Active Directory of the customer organization. After 
some work i was able to configure the Federated Repositories so now i can co
nnect using my administrati
ve ID defined in the AD server.

Now i want to create groups and users with any given roles. My question is: 
how do i create these userids ?? i already have them defined in AD, but i un
derstand i have to create them all in the WAS repository and when doing that
 they ask for a password, s
o, what's the deal with connecting to a LDAP repository if at last i have to
 create an userid and give him a password..
