Hi all, if a cluster member is suspended for a little long time and then it 
is resumed. Can it  deal with requests immediately and correctly( Assuming t
hat there are no configuration changes on other cluster members during the t
ime when cluster member is
suspended)?
Is it necessary to synchronize this resumed cluster member with other cluste
r members?  If so, is there any command that can synchronize one cluster mem
ber with all other cluster members actively?
