Google for some basic info, there is lots of it on the web. The most
simple and basic parts are just the server name and such, which are
self explanatory. Apache 2's install asks you the most basic questions
when you install and this should run as is. Else look at apache.org
for the docs, these give you detailed info.
As for webpages and html, look for an editor like Dreamweaver and
learn what the functions are and how they work, then your off to a
good start. You can google for basic code snippets and how to's as
well.
