You can limit the outbound calls with the controller configuration,
timeslot configuration. 

 

The inbound will be controlled by the telco.

 

What I would do would be to find out what the hunting method the Telco
is using, top-down, or bottom up and configure the CCM(Assuming MGCP)
for the opposite.

I want to segregate PRI in such way that i could use channel 1 to 10 for
inbound calls and 11 to 21 for outbound calls.Can anyone tell me about
the possibility of this scenario and if yes then how it would be
possible?(A guidline for configuration)
