Have you asked your service provider? I know that our PRIs can be configured
 with X number of inbound calls and Y number of outbound calls.

I want to segregate PRI in such way that i could use channel 1 to 10 for inb
ound calls and 11 to 21 for outbound calls.Can anyone tell me about the poss
ibility of this scenario and if yes then how it would be possible?(A guidlin
