Hi,
The CEO at my firm is unable to email a friend at an external email domain.
I have tried without any luck as well. On the bounceback email it states:
You do not have permission to send to this recipient. For assistance,
contact your system administrator.
<mail.ourdomain.com #5.7.1 smtp;550 5.7.1 Unable to deliver to
<user@domain.com>
I have read countless MS KB articles for the last few days and nothing seems
to work. We sit behind a cisco PIX 515E firewall and one of the articles
stated that the fixup protocol SMTP 25 command line should be disabled. I
tried disabling it, reloaded the firewall and no luck. I am convinced that
our email domain is not blacklisted on the recipient's mail server. Any
suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
