Can anybody tell me how to factory reset a 7940 that is pre UAL? The #
key during reboot doesn't work and there is a password on there, so I
can't do it that way. I've googled it several ways and the only thing I
can find is using the # key (which as I said doesn't work)...

Peder

Press Settings, **# (to unlock), press Network Settings, 33, then select
"Yes".

I should have mentioned that it is already sip5.2, so **# doesn't work.
