Subject: [cisco-voip] UNITY 4.01 - Changing the "recorded name" in a
usersvoicemail box

Hi -

I'm wondering what the menu options are for re-recording a users 'recorded
name' in Unity 4.01 ???

We do not have Unity PCA set up, nor are users trained on it.

But I have several users that have gotten married and want to change the
recorded name in their Unity mailbox.

They can change their standard and alternate greetings, but cannot seem to
change their "recorded name"

I considered just blowing away their mailbox and creating a new one, but
some of them have voicemails they want to keep, some don't communicate with
me about having checked all voicemails, etc.

Is there a way the users can re-record their own "recorded name' by using
the voice menus in Unity available via their phone ??

Thanks, Tim
