I cannot configure and install Front Page Extensions 2002 on any new
website on my server. Also, I cannot check the server health either
without getting a similar error. Any ideas?

I am running:

- Windows 2000 Server SP 4
- .NET Framework 1.1
- FP SE 2002
- All sites on dedicated IP addresses
