I have a form that when I hit the submit button, FPSE gives me the following
 error in the event viewer.

Contact your host. Somewhere there is a permissions error. It could be on
the .dll that the extensions use themselves, which is probably unlikely.
It's most likely an error on wherever the form is trying to be sent to, like
a vile or database. There's some more info at:
