CCM 4.1(3)
BARS 4.0.12
OS was 2000.4.3aSR9 updated to 2000.4.4aSR9. Update log showed no
errors. BARS fails since update.

Bars status window shows:
[02:00:19 AM]  Dumping Ccm0302 database on x.x.x.x
*** [02:00:24 AM]  Could not verify db backup.
[02:00:24 AM]  Staging database dump from x.x.x.x to staging directory.
*** [02:00:24 AM]  Failed to stage the database Ccm0302.
*** [02:00:24 AM]  Could not backup database Ccm0302 successfully.
[02:00:24 AM]  Staging Locales folder C:\Program
 Files\Cisco\CallManager\DBInstallCSV\Pro
ducts
[02:00:26 AM] Backing up URL Services Page.
*** [02:00:26 AM]  Failed to copy URL Services page. Couldn't find
IIS Root Directory for CCMCIP in x.x.x.x
[02:00:26 AM]  Skipping CDR database backup on x.x.x.x.
[
BARS trace log shows:
[02:00:24 AM]   Could not verify database backup successfully:
-2147218303    [Mic-
rosoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Cannot open backup d-
evice 'stiFileDump'. Device error or device off-line. See the S-
QL Server error log for more details.
