Can anybody give me the clue on how to proceed.

I want to develope custom pipeline/orchestration which
will identify the received document and based on the
timestamp pass it through the orchestration for further
processing.

e.g.
The drop sample files at fixed intervals in the receive
folder.
The send port should deliver the document in the same
order.
