Update on this issue: On our last call I committed to having this draft avai
lable this Friday (8/31).  Given my current workload, I'm not going to have 
this done as planned.  Unfortunately, I'll be away through September 13th, s
o won't be able to get to i
t for some time, either.  Please contact Matthew Adams with any questions on
 this topic; he's offered to field questions.  I'll pick the ball back up wh
en I return from vacation.
