It seems you have extracted Portal FixPack 2 and Cumulative Fix 1 into
the same directory and you have not downloaded ortalUpdateInstaller.zip.

I suggest you strictly follow installation guide and download
PortalUpdateInstaller.zip. I also recommend to extract FixPack 2 and
Cumulative Fix 1 into different directory, because my guess is that old
PortalUpdateInstaller (January 27 version) is used to install FixPack 2,
and new PortalUpdateInstaller (April 16 version) is used to install
Cumulative Fix 1.
