Hi,

I need to download tzdata-2007f-1.el4.noarch.rpm from Red Hat web
site, but could not figure out how to download it from
https://rhn.redhat.com/errata/RHEA-2007-0689.html.  Could some one
please tell me?

It should automatically download since you probably have the older version
on your machine. I assume your maintenance contract has not expired.
