Hello,

Test #6 in t/15-webserver.t doesn't take into account the possibility of
file write and If-Modified-Since request happening on different seconds
(might happen if it loses processor time between these events).  Happens
quite often on my machine.

This was fixed in trunk some months ago.  :-)
