Hi

Does anyone know what presence functionality is available natively
with CCM 6 when one does not deploy a presence server separately and
any thing to watch out for.

You need to enable presence in the service parameters and you must also
add the Subscribe CSS to each phone that you want presence status to
display for.

I think presence wise no new features were added to CUCM 6.0 from the
5.X versions...
in the release notes of 6.0(1) there are some statements about some
presence related improvements on SIP Trunks.

check out the presence section in the srnd for more details:

Patrick
