Anyone see this error before with TFTP, "Cisco Tftp - Error:1061" displayed
in the call manager serviceability control center? I'm interested to know
what caused it.

Just installed some 7960 and 7961 firmware to get us up even with CCM
5.1(planning an upgrade in a month-ish), TFTP would not restart after
we did it
though.. had to reboot the server (dedicated TFTP). I've got another server
running TFTP on the cluster, but i'm inclined not to restart that service
yet till I see if I can find out what caused the error, as that node also
has call manager service running.

had this message in the trace file:
09/27/2007 15:06:07.724 TFTP|   CacheFile::ReadBinFile [C:\Program
Files\Cisco\TFTPpath] Could not open file C:\Program
Files\Cisco\TFTPpath\CTLFile.tlv, error 2|<CLID::OWP-PUB-Cluster><NID::
x.x.x.x.>

Certainly won't be restarting it till a weekend maintenance period at this
point
