Dear All,

I have a question about the voice mail with email integration, if there is a
voice message, the MWI should be on in the IP Phone and also there will be a
email notification with audio attachement sent to the user. Is it possible
that when the user open that email and listen the audio file, and then the
MWI will be off accordingly? Thanks a lot.

Regards,
Alan

If you are using unified messaging as soon as (or shortly after) the
user marks the message as "read" in their email client (depends on the
client settings) then the MWI will go out as the message has been
read/played/etc.
