Hi,

I cannot see images after deploying our website to the staging
environement.I can only see a red cross. This has been working in dev
and production environments.

-Path of images is in rdonlyres. Not using resource gallery
-Permissions everyone, system, account used for impersonation - Full
Control
-Anonymous access is enabled

I tried removing and adding some other local image. It doesnt work. I
also tried re-deploying.

I am relatively new to MCMS. Any help will be appreciated!

Thanks,

Hi Neha,

please enter the URL to an image directly in IE then you can see what
response the server sends.
Do you get an authentication prompt? An access denied? Or a page cannot be
displayed?

Cheers,
Stefan

Try clearing the NODE cache. If the path is in the rdonlyres, then
the image has been locally added directly and not added to the
(shared) resource gallery.

I suggest that on the destination server, you clear the memory cache
(as this is where resources are cached). Then re-import the SDO.

Hi Neha,

ok it sounds as if the resource gallery items have not been deployed.
Can you see the resource gallery items on the destination server in site
manager?

Cheers,
Stefan

Hi Stefan,

I am not using the resource gallery, its a local image.

If I go to edit mode and try to remove the image and add it again (or
add any other image in fact) it still doesnt show up in the preview or
live site.

Thanks,
Neha
