Currently shared lines are not supported, however, can a manager have a
7914 side car setup with buttons that are Speed Dials with Presence
showing their Agents ICD controlled line?

 

In short, the Supervisor wants to see if an ICD Controlled line is on
the phone.

 

UCCX 4.5(2)SR2 and UCM 5.1.2
