GPG4Win isn't an application, it's a collection of applications. GnuPG,
A couple plugins and front ends, and a mail and news client that
supports GnuPG by default (using it's own plugin).
GnuPG is considered secure. The implementations provided by the GPG4Win
package add no known vulnerabilities. Thus the security hinges on
GnuPG itself so the statement "GPG4Win is secure" would be true"
for definitions of secure that rely on GnuPG.
