I have a running commerce server application and I want to install a
clean business desk on it just for the analysis module.

I want to use Business Desk for clickstream analysis but I have some
problems installing it.

I install the Business Desk from a blank.pup file and the pup.log file
doesn't show any errors.

When I typ in the url of the business desk local I get the following
error:

Errors occurred while loading part of the Business Desk.

Technical Information (for support personnel)

Error Type:
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server (0x80040E37)
Invalid object name 'Decode'.
/www2002CSbizdesk/global.asa, line 126

Browser Type:
Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.0; .NET CLR 1.0.3705;
.NET CLR 1.1.4322)
Page:
GET /www2002CSbizdesk/Default.asp
Time:

Anybody any ideas?
Is there a documentation or install tutorial for the business desk?

Thanks in advance,
Kind Regards,

You may want to check your TransactionConfig resource connection string.
Use the Commerce MMC & attempt to test / check this connection. We've seen
this error popup in BizDesk when the connection string is incorrect.

If the connection string tests ok...does the table called "Decode" in the
site database exist?
