I upgraded to websphere 5.0.2.5 on a Suse Linux (SLES) on PowerPC
(pseries) box.
The wmm (websphere member manager) application fails to launch because
the XMLReader class in j2cImpl.jar tries to call a non-existent method
'com.ibm.ws.xml.ParserFactory.parseDocument(DocumentBuilder,
java.io.File)' in utils.jar
The version of the ParserFactory class that is in utils.jar does not
contain this method.
Is there a fix for this (or even an explanation why this error occurs :-)
