Are you using same version of .net framework on dev and production?  I don't
have problem to install and config and I can see time span option as well.  
I
have 2 receive port, one receive from SQL, one schedule for time span every
hour.  But, it generates xml output file every second instead of every hour?
When I restart the server or services, it generates file and not follow the
schedule with one hour time span.
