My dad has been having a problem printing from Thunderbird for some time
now. OS is WinXP, T-bird is set to auto-upgrade as new versions become
available, and is currently configured to pull mail from two different
accounts (GMail and his ISP account). Whenever he tries to print
anything from T-bird, it looks like it's queueing a print job and
sending it to the printer, but then nothing happens. He suspected it was
printing to a file, but he's checked all of the app and printer settings
repeatedly and can't find anything obviously wrong. Every other app
installed on the machine prints with no problems, leading us to believe
that the problem lies somewhere with a T-bird setting.
Anyone have any suggestions as to what may be causing this?
