What's the best way to mask an internal number, they don't want any
calling name or number showing?

create a "hide my number" partition.
create a XXXXX translation that masks calling party name/number, assign the
translation the same calling search space you would give that person normall
y.
create a new "hide my number" CSS and include above partition and assign to
user.

voila.

not very scalable if you have quite few classes of service that differ from
person to person who need this feature since you have to create a "hide my n
umber" partition/css for each original class of service.

Nick - There are a number of ways to do it, but try to keep it consistent
across your route plan. You can do it at the Phone level, the route
pattern, the route list level (within the route group), or at the gateway
level. HTH,

Dave Schulz
