Thanks for your guidence, i am able to access the PUMA SPI objects, i mapped
 the user groups to a Editor Role in the Resource Permission Portlet.<br />
<br />
Apart from the Editor and Administrator Role, any other Roles like Manager,D
elegator,Privileged User and User are able to access the PUMA SPI objects or
 it is restricted to a specific Roles.<br />
