I tried adding a PRI to a route-list and when I did I got an error:

Update Failed.Could not insert new row - duplicate value in a UNIQUE
INDEX column (see attached screenshot)...

This error usually indicates that you just tried to add something that
was a dupe...

Since I am modifying an existing route-list (just adding a route group
to it), why would I get this error?
