Hi All,
One of our client has requested following setting changes.

When manager phones rings, if he not answer or busy it forward to his
secretary's phone. if secretary not answered, it goes to manager's
voice Mail(not secretary).

Manager Ext: 1525 (if No answer or busy) --------> Secretary Ext:1522
(if No answer or busy) -------> Manager's VM Ext:2000

I have configured it as bellow and it's work certain extend. If
manager not answered it transfer secretary's phone but if Secretary
not answered it go in to Secretary's VM instead of Manager's VM.

ephone-dn 3 dual-line
number 1525 secondary 99991525
pickup-group 22
label 03-9999-1525
description Manager
name Manager
call-forward busy 1522
call-forward noan 1522 timeout 10
no huntstop

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
MK

I like to take advantage of non dialable numbers for situations like this.

ephone-dn 1
number 1001
call-forward noan 1002 time 10

ephone-dn 2
number 1002
call-forward noan A1001 time 10

ephone-dn 3
number A10..
call-forward all 7000

dial-peer voice 7000 voip <-- VM dial-peer
translation profile out xfervm

voice translation-rule 1
rule 1 /^A\(1...\)$/ /\1/

voice translation-profile xfervm
translate redirect-called 1

Calls to A10.. will forward to the voice mail box of whatever number
minus the A.

Maybe there is a simpler way, but this works for me.

Thanks,
Jason Burns
