For the public record:
1) What do you use *before* deploying filtering based on message content?
[ which DBNSBL do you use?]
2) Have you tried to create special arrangements with top ma mail
sources? [it should help to deliver throughput averaging]

sorbs, spamcop, spamhaus (local) and another more restrive RBL,
use milter-regex to be rid of dial/dsl/cable/dynamics amongst others,
spf, require rnds, bad helo and badmx, plus our extensive access file
list.
