Do any of you know of books to learn IPCC or have resources that you can poi
nt me to so that i can get more information on configuring this? Please let 
me know.....

I used the two PDFs on CCO:

Developer Guide &
application Admin Guide

Back when It was still called CRA/CRS

Took about 2 weeks to get my first call center up and running.  I've
continued to learn and add to the scripts since then but I would start
there.
