Hi ,

I am facing some issue in loggin to the Voicemail. While pressing  the voice
mail number I get a greeting to enter my userid to access the voicemail. Is 
this the  userid (name) which is configured in User configuration page or Is
 it the PIN number for th
e mailbox of the user.

I have tried both, but unable to loggin to the voicemail.

Any Kind thoughts on this.

Your ID in The Unity voicemail is your extension number on your phone.  The
password is the pin number to check your messages.

If you press the 'message' button, the Unity server ask for your password
because it already knows you ID  ( phone extension).

If you press the 'message' button, and Unity sever ask for your ID, you
probably dont have a mailbox setup for this extension number.

Check if there is a mailbox created for this extension in Unity.
