FP Web site loads very slowly! My clients Dreamweaver site load 5 to 10 time
faster and the gifs are larger.

The Home page loads quickly (and all the gifs etc.). the subsequent pages
load but take an enormous amount of time.

I've configed the server to cache more images and docs etc.

No errors in the logs. All the latest SP and Hot fixes are on.

Any ideas???

It's the  ~ 150kb of flash that slows your page down
