When using the Word plugin to publish a page, the wizard
works great until you try to preview or publish the page.
We get a Navigation Error <big long URL> returned error
500: Internal server error.

We've not seen the Word plugin work so my thinking is I
have something misconfigured.  We are using accounts that
are in the CMS Admin group, so permissions shouldn't be an
issue.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated, Thanks.
