Saved custom list as template.  Published site to differenct server.  Cannot
 determine how to recreate the custom list on new server.  The list is used 
on a deep subsite but appears at the top level site administration on the te
mplate list on the new serv
er.  I've done this before but am missing a step somewhere.  Appreciate any 
help.  Thx
