    How to call a webservice from orchestration

hi,
I want to know how to call a webservice method from orchestration.After
adding a webreference to the webservice in the biztalk project how should i
go about calling a web method .Do i need to create a variable just like what
we do to call a method on .net class.
Any help is highly appreciated.
