Think of this like a phone call:
You called yahoo.co.uk on the phone. They said hello.
You said hello, this is Faisal.
Yahoo.co.uk then hung up the phone! (they hang up, but don't have to
give you an explanation!)
When the message says 'connection was refused' then they didn't even
want to 'pick up the phone', possibly because of your IP (look at that
like caller id!) is blacklisted.
When the message says 'connection was dropped' then they answered, but
later decided that they didn't like you!
Possible causes:
1. You are blacklisted, and they checked and found out.
2. Your system sent them something that they don't like (rare)
3. There were some other communications error.
The data (bottom of your message, c00402d3) indicates teh specific
error, however I don't have any information on that error. Check to
see if you transcribed it correctly.
