We're running quite a few records through BizTalk (about 500,000 a night).
If we attempt to view a Message in HAT (using Find Message), we get a
Timeout Expired.  Is there any way to increase the timeout so we can
actually see some records?

You should look at changing HKCU\Software\Microsoft\BizTalk
Server\3.0\Tracking\ConnectionTimeout.

Note that in my opinion you should filter as aggressively as possible to
avoid the return of a large recordset. This should have better effect than
increasing the timeout.
