1. Is HTTP running or any other port 80 application active?
2. Share one workspace with another user ID, such as between an
administrator and a regular user?
3. A login user does not have an access authority to DB, i.e., Cloudscape,
DB2 or others?
4. "frooze around 100%" looks like not completed. Any error in
TkWpsInst.log or TkInst.log
under c:\Program files\IBM\wsad512\PortalToolkit\log?
